Release notes

Cinder v1.0.51

A privacy, calendar, and Script Assist reliability release that strengthens data controls and restores live coaching refinement.

Highlights

Stronger privacy lifecycle for training data

Consent changes now bind training uploads to an explicit server state, queue durable purge work, and expose clearer deletion status in Privacy settings.

More reliable Google Calendar sync

Restored upcoming Google events, hardened sync lifecycle handling, and improved meeting launch and notification consistency from the dashboard.

Smoother Script Assist adaptation

Restored continuous model-backed Script Assist refinement, validated reveal behavior, and safer rollout controls for live teleprompter guidance.

Fixes

Protected account data writes

Centralized sensitive user, billing, team, invite, and consent mutations behind reviewed server and database authority boundaries.

Safer release pipeline

Isolated website checks on a fresh runner and strengthened signed-release workflow boundaries before macOS publication.

Client compatibility floor

Raised the server minimum supported desktop version to v1.0.49 after the v1.0.50 updater was verified.

Known issues

No known issues have been published for this release.

This release includes the reviewed data-authority expand and contract rollout plus the privacy-training lifecycle migration. Operators should follow the current release runbook gates before applying hosted database changes.

In Cinder, open Settings → Account and find Version to check for an update. An available update waits until an active call ends before Cinder asks to restart.
