Clear before you choose.
Raw audio is never saved. Trial transcripts stay local, and paid subscriptions can disable cloud transcript storage. Free transcript text may be used to improve Cinder under the in-app disclosure. Paid-plan data is not used to train models.

What happens after the Starter trial?
Every new account starts with the 14-day Starter trial, with no card required. After the trial, Cinder moves to Free unless you choose Starter or Pro in Settings → Billing.
Where is data stored, and how long are transcripts accessible?
Free stores transcript text in your Cinder account, with access for 30 days. Trial transcripts stay local. Paid plans store transcripts locally and in your account by default, and cloud transcript storage can be disabled. Retained paid transcripts have no separate age gate. Automatic cleanup defaults to 180 days and can be changed to 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, Forever.
How do I subscribe?
Download Cinder, create your account, and start the Starter trial. Choose or change a paid plan in Settings → Billing; website checkout is not available.
Can I cancel or receive a refund?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid-plan access until then. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund.
