The Coaching Add-On includes 2,400 coaching minutes per month. A minute is counted when real-time coaching is active during a call. Unused minutes don't roll over. If you hit the cap, coaching pauses for the rest of the billing period — your calls continue normally.
Cinder never stores your call audio, and your transcripts live on your machine — you control local retention in Preferences. On Starter and Pro, audio is streamed to our transcription provider for live transcription and transcript text is processed by our AI provider for analyses; Cinder doesn't store either in its own cloud, and our providers process data under their data-processing agreements rather than keeping it for their own use. On the Free plan, transcript text may be kept to improve Cinder's AI if you consent — you can withdraw consent anytime and that data is deleted. Call metadata (contacts, scores, action items, summaries) syncs to the cloud for continuity — paid users can disable this in Preferences. Account and billing data are stored in the cloud.
