Cinder v1.0.63

A call-stability update that keeps calls on their best transcription engine and makes engine switches lossless.

Fixes

Calls stay on their best engine

Fixed a false alarm that could switch a call away from cloud transcription within seconds when the other side was silent — solo calls and quiet openings now stay put.

Nothing lost when engines switch

Fixed a timing bug that could drop the last few seconds of speech while transcription handed off between engines mid-call, and could skew transcript timestamps afterward.

Known issues

No known issues have been published for this release.

This release stabilizes the engine ladder introduced in v1.0.62: the echo canceller's health check no longer treats a silent far end as a failure, and the audio replayed across an engine handoff now survives the switch intact with correct timing. Cinder's privacy boundary is unchanged — raw audio never reaches the renderer and no transcript content is added to diagnostics.

In Cinder, open Settings → Account and find Version to check for an update. An available update waits until an active call ends before Cinder asks to restart.
